Services
Own Your Speech provides speech clarity, pronunciation, and communication coaching services designed to improve communication effectiveness. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or clinical treatment.
Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions are scheduled in advance through the booking system. Clients are responsible for attending sessions at the scheduled time.
If you are late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
No-Show Policy
If you do not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered used and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Packages & Expiration
Coaching packages are valid for a limited time.
Recommended policy:
5-session package: valid for 6 weeks
10-session package: valid for 10 weeks
20-session package: valid for 16 weeks
Unused sessions after the expiration period may be forfeited.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are final.
Speech Clarity Assessments and coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed.
Packages are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
Assessment Services
The Speech Clarity Assessment includes a live evaluation and a written report outlining observed speech patterns and recommendations.
Results are based on observed performance during the session and are not a guarantee of specific outcomes.
Results Disclaimer
Progress depends on multiple factors, including consistency of practice and individual learning differences.
While many clients experience improvement, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Attending sessions consistently
Participating actively
Practicing outside of sessions
Technology Requirements
Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and access to a device capable of video conferencing.
Professional Scope
Services focus on speech clarity and communication.
These services do not diagnose or treat speech, language, or medical disorders.
Confidentiality
All client information is kept confidential and used only for the purpose of providing services.
Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
